Our Story

Sahra's Kitchen was founded by Sahra Çelik — owner, host, and a renowned make-up artist who has spent her career alongside many well-known public figures. The same eye that perfected faces for the camera now sets every table, every plate and every corner of this house.

She carried her sense of glamour and warm hospitality from İstanbul to Cairo. For Sahra, detail is never an afterthought: the way the light falls on the brass, the colour of a tomato beside a wedge of white cheese, the welcome at the door. Beauty and generosity belong on the same table.

That is the spirit behind our all-day Turkish table — a serpme breakfast served from morning to night and meze made to share, all alcohol-free, all unhurried. Two cities meet here, and everyone is a guest in Sahra's home.
